The strength of the lion and the cunning of the fox

"The Prince", a winning method.

We do lots of things, we study hard, but we were never the classic “nerds” at school. Yet, if we had to say who our influencer was – to use today’s slang – we would answer without hesitation: Niccolò Machiavelli.

Yes, him indeed.

It is from “The Prince” that we drew inspiration to define our working method and our approach to projects: tactical, strategic, operational, and results-oriented.

We like to do it this way.

After a thorough analysis, we evaluate the starting point. Understanding requires discretion, or the ability to observe each case individually. There are no absolute models, nor immutable principles. We use the ‘strength of a lion’ and the ‘cunning of a fox’ to achieve results with virtue so that they are solid over time, because it is necessary to have the vision of a leader and the prudence of a trusted advisor.

Those who achieve success through luck alone are unable to maintain it. The process must therefore be logical and deductive; virtue is needed to relate to good fortune. You need to be prepared to deal with the unexpected by planning strategically and maintaining operational control over situations.

We do not just provide advice, we become a strategic ally, because defining tactics is our modus operandi for achieving and maintaining an effective strategy over time. We know that reality is constantly changing and that every strategy must be constantly monitored and adapted to respond to changes in the context. Only by innovating will you have the qualities that set you apart, and you will never feel lost in your target market.
